Rowing Camp - Summer 2010

Rowing is a great sport that teaches endurance and self-discipline. It is a total body workout that also increases flexibility and besides all that it is fun! Rowing Camp is for anyone between 12 through 18 years, who can swim. No prior rowing experience is needed and all fitness levels are welcome! You will learn the basics of how to row, find out what an erg machine is, test your skills on the water in a racing shell, make new friends, and have a lot of fun doing it! One unique thing about our rowing camp is that it is geared for teenagers. Not many summer programs target that age group.
